Team members will assist customers, help with orders, maintain clean service areas, and work together to provide fast and friendly service in a busy sports-bar and restaurant setting. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Assist with dine-in, takeout, and customer orders. Serve meals, drinks, wings, pizza, and other menu items. Process customer payments and follow cash-handling procedures. Check orders for accuracy before serving or handing them to customers. Clear and reset tables during service. Keep dining, counter, and service areas clean and organized. Restock utensils, napkins, containers, sauces, and other supplies. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to keep service moving efficiently. Respond professionally to customer questions and requests. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures. Assist during busy game days, evenings, weekends, and special events. Qualifications Previous restaurant, bar, food-service, or customer-service experience is helpful. Friendly and professional attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to order accuracy and cleanliness. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Able to work effectively during high-volume service periods. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
