You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and replenishing breakfast areas while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food displays, adhering to food safety standards. Replenish food supplies promptly during service hours to ensure a continuous flow of fresh offerings. Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks, including slicing fruits or assembling breakfast plates as needed. Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guest needs effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the breakfast service and uphold high standards of hygiene. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, catering, or banquet environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience serving or working in restaurants or hospitality settings is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures to maintain health standards. Ability to work early mornings, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning supplies.
