Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Support seamless operations: Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence: Assist with the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience Deliver consistent quality: Ensure food presentation meets high standards and monitor cost and portion controls to maximize value Support team performance and development: Assist in supervising and developing team members by providing training, scheduling, feedback and recognition to foster a positive and productive work environment Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
