Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, high-energy, and Experienced Lead Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment. As a senior member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our dining room's flow, supporting the waitstaff, and ensuring our guests receive clean, efficient, and welcoming service. Key Responsibilities Clear, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a high table-turnover rate. Support servers by proactively refilling water glasses, delivering food orders, and clearing empty plates. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms throughout the shift. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and politely to any requests. Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking ice, polishing glassware, and setting up the dining room floor. Lead by example and help onboard or guide newer support staff members.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a busser, food runner, or server assistant in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Speed & Stamina:
Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods and move efficiently during peak rush hours.
Teamwork:
A strong collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with servers and kitchen staff.
Availability:
Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
