Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Server/Attendant, where your energy and dedication will create memorable morning experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests, ensuring their breakfast service is seamless, and maintaining a sparkling clean environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to foster a welcoming environment Take orders and serve breakfast items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality Prepare and replenish food stations, including setting up buffet displays and ensuring food safety sanitizing procedures are followed Take and process customer orders accurately using POS systems, including handling cash transactions when necessary Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks in compliance with food safety management standards Support beverage service, including operating coffee machines or barista equipment, and offering wine or drink recommendations when appropriate Requirements Previous experience in hospitality food service is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Strong customer service skills with in-person interaction experience Capable of manual handling tasks such as weight lifting and moving trays or supplies safely Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing orders accurately Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing Experience with food preparation, serving, and culinary practices in the food industry or as a dietary aide is advantageous Barista experience or wine knowledge is a plus for beverage offerings Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Embark on this rewarding journey where your enthusiasm transforms breakfast into an exceptional experience.
