Position Overview LBI National Golf & Resort is hiring an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join its leadership team. This is not a standalone restaurant management role — it's a chance to help run a dynamic hospitality operation spanning golf, dining, weddings, events, beverage, and resort experiences. Food & Beverage sits at the heart of the guest experience at LBI National. The Assistant F&B Manager will lead a talented team, help shape the F&B program, and make a real impact across a one-of-a-kind resort environment. The ideal candidate is ready to move beyond managing a single restaurant and wants to be part of something bigger. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage team Oversee daily restaurant and golf concession operations Help execute weddings, banquets, golf outings, and special events Manage beverage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships Drive food, beverage, and labor cost controls Develop service standards that create memorable guest experiences Work closely with culinary, banquet, golf, sales, and resort leadership Troubleshoot challenges and keep operations running smoothly Help grow and elevate the overall Food & Beverage program Qualifications 2+ years of F&B, restaurant, banquet, hotel, golf club, or resort management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience supervising and developing hourly employees Food, wine, beer, and spirits knowledge Inventory management and purchasing experience preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service Why LBI National Our operation combines golf, dining, weddings, banquets, celebrations, and resort hospitality — creating an exciting and diverse environment for the right F&B professional.
