Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items. Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines. Organize and store kitchen supplies, ensuring proper rotation and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen. Excellent teamwork and communication skills within a hospitality setting. Familiarity with general kitchen equipment, cleaning tools, and safety procedures.
