Position Overview:
A Pantry Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in pantry or food service areas. They support kitchen and service staff by ensuring food items, beverages, and supplies are readily available and presented in a clean and orderly manner. What You'll Do:
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked pantry, coffee, and beverage stations throughout the day. Proactively replenish beverages, snacks, coffee supplies, and paper goods before items run low. Monitor conference rooms and meeting spaces, resetting hospitality amenities as meetings conclude. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of coffee equipment, countertops, refrigerators, microwaves, and pantry areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and product rotation standards. Receive, organize, and monitor inventory while helping minimize waste and controlling food costs. Communicate inventory shortages and assist with deliveries and stocking. Greet employees and guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. Maintain hospitality spaces that are consistently inviting, organized, and ready for use. Assist with catering buffet setups as needed.
What We Need From You:
Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30pm with flexibility High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Servsafe preferred, minimum 2 years in a similar role or in the hospitality industry. Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and presentation Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the workday What You'll Get From Us?
