BREAKFAST ATTENDANT

Summary The Buffet Attendant is responsible primarily for preparing and maintaining buffet items. This person must have goodmunication skills as this is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact. The ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
Cooking, set up, and break down the breakfast area, including food, beverages, and supplies. Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive experience. Clean and bus tables; straighten chairs and arrange furniture. Restock food, drinks, and other breakfast supplies as needed. Monitoring beverage stations and preparing fresh coffee as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment. Thank guests as they depart and address any questions or concerns. Clean and store all equipment after breakfast service. Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and supply ordering. Putting food truck order away on designated days. Anticipating and responding to guest requests, special needs, orplaints promptly. Need to

The breakfast shift begins at 6:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM with a 30-minute break required. Weekend and Holiday availability is required.
