Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. You will play a key role in food preparation, presentation, and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items and beverages according to established standards. Ensure all food items are presented attractively and are replenished as needed throughout the breakfast service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations, adhering to food safety standards. Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to proper food handling procedures. Perform bussing duties by clearing tables and cleaning them for new guests. Support catering events or special requests as needed, showcasing flexibility in your role. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety protocols is essential. Background in hospitality roles such as host/host or guest services will be beneficial. Knowledge of coffee preparation and barista skills is a plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for guest relations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
