DoubleTree by Hilton Princeton, NJ Join Our Team! The DoubleTree by Hilton Princeton is seeking an energetic, dependable, and hospitality-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. We are looking for someone with full-service kitchen experience who takes pride in preparing and presenting high-quality food while providing exceptional guest service. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday , ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings and creating a welcoming breakfast experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare, set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast buffet according to Hilton brand standards. Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and meets quality expectations. Follow all local and state health department regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, buffet area, and storage spaces. Monitor food temperatures and properly label, store, and rotate products (FIFO). Work alongside the culinary and restaurant team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Assist with light food preparation and kitchen duties as needed. Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to every guest. Maintain adequate inventory and communicate supply needs to management. Support fellow team members and assist in other Food & Beverage areas when necessary. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of full-service kitchen or hotel breakfast experience preferred. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Flexible to assist with occasional weekends or special events if needed.
