As a Food Service Worker, you'll help prepare and serve meals that provide nourishment, comfort, and dignity to individuals in our shelter and recovery programs. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you're ready to join a team where your work makes a meaningful difference, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Assist with food preparation and meal service. Set up, organize, and stock food-service areas. Serve meals while maintaining proper portions. Keep kitchen, dining, and work areas clean and organized. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and temperature-control guidelines. Label, store, and rotate food properly. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed. Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food deliveries. Support kitchen staff and volunteers during busy meal periods. Perform other food-service duties as assigned. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: High School Diploma or GED required. Dependable, punctual, and hardworking. Positive, respectful, and team oriented. Organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable following recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures. Experienced in food service, kitchen, cafeteria, or hospitality work preferred. ServSafe Food Handler certified or willing to obtain certification. In possession of a valid driver's license preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$18.04/hour, including quarterly bonus Benefits include: 401(k): 2% company contribution plus company match up to 4%.

Sick Time:

Accrual with eligibility to use after 90 days, beginning in the first month of eligibility.
