Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, linens, and condiments to create an inviting environment. Assist with food handling and safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the service area. Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate special dietary needs with professionalism. Restock supplies as needed during service to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff on food preparation tasks related to breakfast offerings and catering events. Maintain a clean, organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and health standards at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences. Experience serving or catering in banquet settings is a plus. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety practices is essential. Background in restaurant or food industry roles such as barista experience or dietary aide work will be advantageous.
