Duties Clear and clean tables swiftly and efficiently after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area at all times Assist with setting tables by properly arranging utensils, glassware, napkins, and condiments in accordance with restaurant standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of tableware, chairs, and cleaning supplies using safe lifting practices Support food service staff by bussing dishes, glasses, and silverware to designated areas for proper food handling and sanitation Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces to uphold sanitation standards Communicate effectively with team members regarding table status and guest needs to ensure smooth service flow Follow food safety regulations and sanitation procedures diligently to promote a safe environment for both staff and guests Skills Strong cleaning skills with knowledge of sanitation practices in food service environments Experience in bussing or supporting restaurant operations is preferred Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Excellent communication skills for internal team coordination and guest interaction Customer service mindset with a positive attitude toward guest satisfaction Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards, table setting techniques, and catering procedures is a plus Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes a difference!
