Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing guests with a warm, welcoming breakfast experience while ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in food preparation, hospitality, or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary and guest relations skills within a dynamic team.

JOB DUTIES

1. Conduct regular inventories of food and paper goods used for breakfast. 2. Maintain stock of breakfast foods during continental breakfast. 3. Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area, kitchen and/or pantry area, and mop, wipe down countertops, etc., during and after breakfast hours (breakfast dining area must be cleaned and dismantled within one hour of breakfast closing time). 4. Accommodate guests, special requests in a pleasant and professional manner. 5. Maintain the cleanliness of the meeting room during and after the meetings. 6. Always be available by the Hot Buffet Breakfast Bar during meal times to restock or refill items as needed. 7. Ensure countertops and machines are clean and tidy at all times. 8. Make sure hands are washed prior to starting your shift. 9. Disposable gloves must be worn when placing food items or preparing food. 10. Eating, drinking or smoking at work stations are not allowed. 11. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas at all times. 12. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. 13. Interact with guest for guest stay feedback and maintaining hotel service scores. 14. Being part of team to maintain high guest service scores. 15. Have a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures and how to follow the steps. Perform all other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager. 16.
