Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations, adhering to food safety protocols. Replenish buffet items and supplies regularly to ensure an abundant and appealing presentation throughout service hours. Assist with food handling and preparation tasks, including basic cooking, plating, and garnishing as needed. Monitor dietary restrictions or special requests from guests to provide personalized service that exceeds expectations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy breakfast hours. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a positive guest experience. Experience serving or catering in banquet settings is a plus. Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and sanitation practices. Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Hospitality or restaurant experience demonstrating excellent communication skills and teamwork. Barista experience or familiarity with coffee and beverage service is advantageous. Food industry background with exposure to catering or dietary aide roles preferred. A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization in a fast-paced setting.
