Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Create weekly employee schedule for all events Read all BEO's, make sure they are current and updated for the event Order all linen, and banquet supplies used on a daily basis Assist in any banquet, serving, plating up food, set up or clean up Ring banquet ticket and collect revenue Make sure all Banquets are in Opera and have a working knowledge of its use Attend meetings with the Sales Team regarding upcoming meetings Attend weekly BEO meetings Be available to assist all departments in any conference room needs Be available for all Banquets room activities Attend all training Maintain a professional work space at all times
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
Previous experience in banquets or food and beverage business Prior supervisor experience Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
