We take pride in offering impeccable service to our esteemed guests, and our team of Bussers and Runners plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals who are committed to providing outstanding support to our service team. As a Busser and Runner at HaSalon, you will be an integral part of our service team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to guests. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall smooth operations of our high-end restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Set up and reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and glassware Ensure that all dining areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times Clear tables efficiently, removing used plates, glassware, and silverware Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables promptly Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Refill water glasses and assist with drink service as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bussing stations and storage areas Assist in restocking supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and other dining essentials Attend to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously Assist with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a busser or runner in a high-end restaurant or upscale establishment is preferred Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy trays or equipment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
