We are looking for candidates for a part time temporarily position of the retaurant service coordinator. We are excited to hear from you about your interest in this opportunity! • Coordinates the flow of completed food orders from the kitchen to the dining room.
• Review completed orders for accuracy, completeness, presentation, and appropriate temperatures before delivery.
• Coordinate timing between the kitchen, servers, food runners, and other restaurant employees.
• Monitor the progress of orders and communicate delays, modifications, special requests, or other concerns to the appropriate employees.
• Assist in prioritizing orders based on seating times, courses, large parties, special occasions, and other service requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must stand and walk during entire shift.
• Frequently lift and carry service tray weighing up to 25 lbs., intermittently lift and carry service tray weighing up to 35 lbs.
• One plus years of prior serving experience Crowne Plaza Albany
