Job Opening Information 2026-27 Substitute Food Service Workers Job Number 2026-27 Substitute Food Service Workers Application Deadline 6/30/2027 Position Title 2026-27 Substitute Food Service Workers Required Application Type School Related Personnel Salary/Pay Scale $16.00 Job Description The Hilton Central School District is accepting applications for Food Service Worker Substitues for the 2026-27 school year. Hours and location may vary and will be discussed during interviews.
Typical Work Activities:
Manual work in the preparation and serving of food. Responsible for cleaning kitchen equipment. Serves as cashier on student faculty food service line. Does related work as required. Civil Service Title Food Service Helper Job Qualifications Candidates should have the ability to: Consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Be able to stand for long periods of time. May be exposed to hot, cold, and freezing temperatures. Candidates with previous food service experience, or knowledge of food service operations are preferred but not required.
