Banquet Server/Bartender/Set Up

Responsibilities Provide outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and attending to guest needs with professionalism and enthusiasm Prepare and set up banquet spaces according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware Mix and serve beverages as a bartender, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Bus tables efficiently during events to maintain cleanliness and ensure a positive guest experience Assist with food handling, food preparation, and catering setup to support seamless event execution Maintain cleanliness of service areas, bar stations, and banquet spaces throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Skills Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred Strong guest services skills with a friendly, positive attitude Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper food service procedures Experience with banquet setup, catering, or restaurant operations is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; hotel or catering experience is a plus Basic knowledge of coffee service or bar operations is beneficial but not required This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
