Mama's Pho House (Malta, NY) About the Job Mama's Pho House is a family run Vietnamese restaurant looking for a hardworking Busser/Dishwasher to join our team. You'll keep our dining room and kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly so guests get a great experience and our cooks and servers can focus on the food. This is a paid, fast paced position, and it's a good way to gain real restaurant experience. No experience required; we'll train you. Busser Duties Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave Clean tables, chairs, and surrounding areas throughout the shift Refill water, deliver utensils, and bring extra items to tables as needed Help servers with food and drink delivery when needed Work with the team to turn tables fast and keep guests happy Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, bowls, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment Run the dish machine and keep the dish station stocked and organized Put clean dishes and equipment away in the right places Empty trash and keep the kitchen and dish area clean Mop and sweep floors in the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms as needed, especially at closing Requirements Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs (trays, bus tubs, supplies) Reliable, on time, and willing to work as part of a team Positive attitude and good communication with coworkers and guests Follows food safety and sanitation practices (we'll train you) Able to work evenings and weekends Apply Call or stop by: Mama's Pho House 1106 Ellsworth Blvd, Malta, NY 12020 Email Us!
