Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cook & Breakfast Service Attendant to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious breakfast offerings and providing exceptional food service to our guests. Your culinary skills, attention to food safety, and passion for creating memorable dining experiences will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Prepare and cook breakfast dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently Assist in menu planning for breakfast offerings, incorporating variety and dietary considerations Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, plating, and portioning with excellent knife skills and attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines Serve guests efficiently with a friendly attitude, ensuring their breakfast experience is enjoyable and seamless Manage food handling procedures, including storage, temperature control, and inventory management Support catering or special event meal preparations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Proven culinary experience in fine dining or restaurant settings, with strong food preparation and cooking skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations Skilled in food industry practices such as catering, serving, and kitchen management Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Strong understanding of dietary restrictions and accommodating special dietary needs Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in food industry roles such as restaurant or catering service is preferred Join us to craft delightful breakfast experiences that brighten our guests' mornings!
