Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated, friendly and enthusiastic Greeter/Busser to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, bussing tables, adhering to sanitation standards and side work such as mopping and general cleaning. Qualifications Previous experience in guest relations or foodservice is preferred, not absolutely necessary. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on etiquette and interpersonal interactions. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating memorable experiences for visitors.
