Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and labeled
- Cook and serve breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage supplies as needed
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as grills, toasters, and coffee makers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Skills:
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques is beneficial
- Proficiency in food preparation and cooking methods
- Strong guest relations skills to ensure a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to handle knives safely and efficiently
