In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness, assisting servers, and providing friendly guest service. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry while contributing to a welcoming environment. Duties Clean and sanitize glassware, dishes, and utensils to uphold hygiene standards. Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly first impression. Restock service stations with necessary supplies such as glassware, utensils, and napkins to ensure efficient service. Run food to the correct tables promptly and accurately, supporting the serving staff. Assist servers with clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces as needed. Support team members in delivering excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs. Requirements Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members. Willingness to learn and follow proper sanitation and safety procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning supplies. Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Must be at least 16 years old or as required by local regulations for this role.
