Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Food Service Worker to lead daily kitchen and dining operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food service, committed to high standards , and capable of inspiring a team to deliver exceptional, resident-focused service . This role is perfect for a strong leader who values fresh food, a respectful team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food and record temperatures of finished product to HACCP standards, and maintaining proper HACCP logs on shift Making patient safety top priority Accommodating patients in regards to special diets Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and orderly Proper dishwashing Proper dating and labeling of open food products Be a team player Keep all areas of kitchen clean Communicate with the chef Make safety a priority Show up in proper uniform Assist workers/chef with daily tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service supervision or management preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices ( ServSafe certification preferred but not required ) Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment A passion for fresh food, hospitality, and dignified service Communicate well with staff, supervisors, and managers .

Pay Range:
17.25-25.00 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
