Job Overview:

HOST We are seeking individuals to join our summer fine dining restaurant team! As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing dining room flow, communicating with Servers and the kitchen, managing the OpenTable network and answering the phones. In this position, you are expected to understand the basics of fine dining service, know the menu perfectly, be a team player, and always provide excellent guest service. This role requires excellent guest service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Answer phones, take reservations, and manage OpenTable reservation system

SERVER (base pay + cash tips) As a server at Wellesley, you will need to provide exceptional, high end service to our guests by delivering attentive, knowledgable, and personalized service.
