Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to provide exceptional service at The Best Western Plus. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong focus on food preparation and presentation. Duties Prepare and cook breakfast for the hotel guest. Ensure all food is prepared in a clean and sanitary manner, adhering to health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items and equipment. Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas when necessary. Requirements Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or hotel preferred but willing to train the right individual. Strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service. Excellent customer service. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness in all aspects of food handling. Flexibility to work.
