Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Food Service Supervisor this position promotes meal assistance to patients and residents on a daily basis. The Food Service Worker II will assist with meal selections, in the assembly and delivery of meals and food products for hospital patients, residents and visitors. Core Job Responsibilities Maintain safe food handling using clean as you go procedures
Assist patient with any need to their tray, i.e. opening of product
Accurately serves patient's in accordance with their diet prescription
Communicates patient's concerns with the clinical dietitian
Stock unit kitchens
Perform other duties as required Education/Experience Requirements
