In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and cleaning our complimentary hotel breakfast area while ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction. This position requires early morning availability, the ability to work independently, and a positive attitude toward hospitality and customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the hotel's complimentary breakfast area before the scheduled breakfast service begins. Prepare and replenish breakfast items, including hot and cold foods, beverages, coffee, cereals, pastries, and other menu offerings according to Comfort Inn brand standards. Monitor food quantities throughout breakfast service to ensure items remain fresh, properly stocked, and attractively presented. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast dining area, serving counters, food preparation areas, and equipment. Greet guests warmly, answer questions about breakfast offerings, and provide courteous customer service. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe dining environment. Monitor food temperatures and follow established food safety procedures.
