Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly Breakfast & Event Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming experience for our guests. You will ensure that the breakfast and event areas are clean and well-stocked and greet guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will play a vital role. Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations. Prepare event spaces according to event orders. Greet guests and vendors. Direct service staff in place setting setup, drink service and cleanup procedures. Provide excellent customer service to best accommodate guests. Work closely with the Event Sales Administrator to ensure all aspects of the event meet client expectations. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in meal preparation and food handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively assist guests and collaborate with team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and helping others as needed.
