Service begins the moment a guest walks through the door. We're looking for a Host & Dining Room Support team member who can set the tone of the room while helping keep service running smoothly behind the scenes. This role blends hospitality and momentum — greeting guests, guiding the flow of the dining room, and supporting the service team where needed. What's the job actually like? You are the first and often the last impression our guests experience.

You'll:

Welcome guests warmly and confidently as they arrive Manage reservations, waitlists, and table pacing Seat guests thoughtfully while maintaining proper table rotation Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and questions Reset and maintain tables quickly and precisely between parties Support the service team by clearing, resetting, and maintaining the dining room Help keep the front of house organized, calm, and guest-ready At times, several guests may need your attention at once. The ability to stay composed, organized, and welcoming under pressure is essential. Who thrives here?
