In this vital role, you'll ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, be a welcoming face for our guests and support the overall flow of operations. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and surrounding spaces, following health and safety standards Assist with bussing tables promptly and efficiently to ensure a tidy environment for incoming guests Handle manual tasks such as lifting of supplies, equipment, or furniture using safe lifting techniques Assist with setups and breakdowns for events or special functions Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Support bar staff by transporting dishes, ingredients, and other items as required Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Knowledge of cleaning procedures, bussing, and food handling practices Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and carrying supplies or equipment Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Experience in hospitality is weclomed but not required.
