Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish items promptly, and maintain an inviting display for guests Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with guest inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and address any special dietary requests or needs Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy Clear tables, bus tables efficiently, and support overall dining room cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery during busy breakfast hours Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles is highly desirable Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food handling safety standards Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions and order management Background in banquet service, catering events, or hotel dining environments is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Knowledge of dietary accommodations, food safety practices, and proper knife skills for meal prep Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining excellent guest relations Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels exceptional guest experiences!
