If you love coffee, enjoy talking with people, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! Our baristas create great drinks, provide awesome customer service, keep the shop clean and organized, and help make every customer's visit a great one. We're looking for team members who are reliable, positive, willing to learn, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Our mall location is open 7 days a week , with a variety of shifts available. Whether you're an experienced barista or someone who's excited to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. Job Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Travelin' Toms mall coffee shop Lead, coach, and support the barista team to provide excellent customer service Train and onboard new team members on drink preparation, equipment, POS systems, customer service, and company procedures Act as a leader on shift and jump in to make drinks and serve customers when needed Monitor product levels and assist with inventory management, ordering, stocking, and organization with the GM Ensure drinks and food are prepared consistently and meet Travelin' Toms standards Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop throughout each shift Handle customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally Ensure cash handling, Square/POS procedures, and daily closeout procedures are completed correctly Communicate staffing, inventory, equipment, and operational needs to the GM Help maintain and troubleshoot coffee shop equipment and report maintenance issues when needed Hold team members accountable to attendance, performance, cleanliness, and company standards Help build a positive team culture and keep employees motivated and engaged Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure the shop is ready for business each day Be a reliable point of contact for the team
