Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team on Friday and Saturday mornings. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services during breakfast hours, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and satisfying dining experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, and preparing food items. Responsibilities Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items, ensuring freshness and presentation. Maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area, including tables, utensils, and equipment. Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their needs. Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system or cash register. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, contributing to a seamless dining experience. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Clean up after breakfast service, including clearing tables and washing dishes. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or food handling is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety regulations is beneficial. Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required.
