Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Breakfast Attendant and Front Desk Associate, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable mornings for our guests! In this vibrant role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome at the front desk while expertly managing breakfast service. Your enthusiasm will help set the tone for a positive guest experience, blending exceptional customer service with efficient food preparation and sanitation. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures at the front desk using POS systems. Prepare and serve breakfast items with attention to food safety sanitizing procedures and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, buffet stations, kitchen equipment, and food handling zones to ensure a hygienic environment. Assist in food preparation tasks, including basic cooking, assembling breakfast plates, and replenishing supplies as needed. Follow food safety management protocols and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards. Process cash transactions accurately while managing weight handling in the workplace during food service operations. Provide in-person customer service by addressing guest inquiries, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and beverage dispensers. Support catering or banquet setups when required, ensuring all food industry standards are met for large groups or events. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Experience Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or food service environments. Experience with food preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of food safety sanitizing procedures is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems and processing cash transactions accurately is beneficial. Knowledge of wine service or beverage pairing can be an advantage but is not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and operating kitchen equipment safely. Strong customer service skills with a focus on in-person interactions that create positive guest experiences.
