Dining Services Aide Schedule:
Blended schedule, include working every other weekend and every other holiday
Available Shifts:
3:00pm
  • 7:00pm (weekdays) and 8:00am
  • 7:00pm (weekends)
  • Same Day Pay Available
Preferred Experience:
One year of food service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care dining

The Difference You'll Make Assist with food preparation and meal service in accordance with resident diet orders, menu standards, and portion guidelines Support safe food handling, sanitation, and infection control practices following state, local, and facility regulations Prepare and portion food items according to therapeutic and modified diet requirements as directed Assist with tray line service, meal delivery, and dining room support to ensure positive resident dining experiences Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, serving areas, and equipment Work collaboratively with dining team members and supervisors to ensure efficient meal service Support a welcoming, customer-focused dining environment for residents, families, and guests
Qualifications:
Preferred:
One year of food service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care dining Experience following diet orders, portion control standards, and food safety procedures Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to interact positively and respectfully with residents, families, and team members Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team in a fast-paced dining environment Reliable attendance and strong professional work habits Ability to read and understand English and follow verbal and written instructions Ability to meet all federal, state, and local health requirements, including post-offer screenings Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation Rewards That Support You Competitive pay with credit for experience Medical, Dental, Vision (60+ hrs. per pay period)
