GENERAL SUMMARY
This position stocks, sets up and maintains breakfast bar.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain breakfast, keep all areas clean in kitchen and dining area 2. Stock sugars, tea, creamers, cream cheese etc. Make sure juice machine is turned on. 3. Keep tables and counters clean for the next person. Refill food as needed. 4. Be able to give directions and be gracious to or guests. 5.
Closing Breakfast Bar:
Put things away, do dishes, clean tables, counters, air conditioner filters and windowsills. Refill and stock items for next day. Sweep and mop Breakfast Bar area and empty all trash containers. 6. Clean juice machine on a regular basis. 7. Put supplies away when deliveries are made. 8. Assist with Breakfast Bar inventory. 9. Must be able to work at a fast pace to accommodate our guests.
