The scheduled hours for the position are 6am-noon 5 or 6 days a week. You will be preparing and maintaining the complimentary breakfast in our kitchen for our guests. Your responsibilities will include prepping, cooking, re-stocking items as needed. You will also be responsible for the safe operation of cleaning of equipment and food stuffs including prepping for the next day. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests by ensuring that they can start their day with a delicious hot meal prepared for them when they wake up. Responsibilities Cook frozen, refrigerated and dry foods in a commercial convection oven Track usage throughout the breakfast time of 6am-9:30am keeping all food items hot/cold, fresh and inviting Ensure the cleanliness of the facility at all times Respond to guest requests with professionalism and patience Maintain adequate inventory of all food items by doing a complete and accurate inventory once a week After the breakfast ends each day you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all cooking and food holding utensils and equipment as well as the guest breakfast area Strict adherence to state, local, and hotel health and safety rules and regulations Qualifications Proven experience as a breakfast attendant is preferred but not necessary Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance Friendly, customer-oriented personality Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail Able to work quickly without compromising quality Able to be on your feet all day with light lifting Food Handler Permit is required but can be attained after hiring
