Our standards of service must be reflected in the way we maintain and present our dining space, which is the primary focus of this position. Properly setting up the floor, service stations, and BOH areas not only allows our guests to enjoy the space, but also allows us to maintain a clean and presentable space throughout service. Constantly moving on the floor alongside servers allows the busser to always be aware of what must be done to create a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.
