Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
Job Summary:
As a Breakfast Attendant you will prepare breakfast bar for hotel guests while greeting and servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with brand and/or hotel and sustainability standards. Your goal is to provide Level5 Hospitality and service for each and every guest.Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hoursServe guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessaryClean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbageRemove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptlyAddress visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficientlyFollow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipmentMaintain adequate supplies of items such as clean glassware, dishes, or traysFill beverage and ice dispensersStock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containersBe aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfactionPractice safe work habits and use required safety equipmentPerforms other related duties as requiredRequired Skills/Abilities:
Level5 High Touch service Flexibility with shifts and schedulingMust be available weekends and/or holidaysMust have transportation to and from workMust have stellar attendance and punctualityEducation and Experience:
Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificationExperience working in food service is preferredProven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentalityOutstanding time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team memberPhysical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift.Must be able to access and navigate the facility.
