Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Truck Staff to join our dynamic team during midday/evening. The ideal candidates will be passionate about food service and customer satisfaction, ensuring a delightful experience for our patrons. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, preparing and serving delicious food, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Plus if you are available some Saturdays! Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Serve customers efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, accurately write and ring in orders. Maintain cleanliness of the food truck, including cooking areas, serving stations, and dining areas. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Follow time management practices to ensure timely service during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food service. Requirements Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Culinary skills or experience in grocery store operations is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
