Requirements:
About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, guest-focused Front of House team member. The Front of House team member is responsible for providing amazing customer service, cashiering, preparing, and serving food and beverages, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can balance hospitality with accountability in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Provide exemplary customer service: task pivot and converse with customers Engage in active selling Sale and promotion of products; Help direct customers around the store and menu Maintain excellent product knowledge Produce all food and beverage items precisely according to Elephant's recipes Properly use equipment as specified by Manager and//or trainer Maintain a clean and orderly work area Cross-train in various FOH roles Reinforce service, sanitation, and food safety standards Monitor workflow and pace during peak hours Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency What We're Looking For High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or Culinary Degree Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
