JUNE 30, 2026 JOB SUMMARY To provide shift meals to WRC employees, maintain accountability for products served, and maintain the employee café in a clean, organized manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc. Set up for, prepare, serve, and clean up specified shift meals for WRC employees. Responsible for food preparation, presentation, and quantity control measures of shift. Ensure that all food items are handled and maintained according to general safety and sanitation codes. Follow menu plans and food preparation recipes, as outlined by F&B management. Maintain a timely meal schedule-having food stuff ready and replenished during meal periods. Replenish and maintain supplies, condiments, and amenities before/after meals, and as needed. Ensure that the operation of equipment, tools, and materials is handled safely. Share recommendations with the supervisor, to improve operations, menu ideas, concerns, etc. Monitor and track employee meals served, ensuring policy standards are identified by management. Handle routine employee complaints and direct serious issues to the supervisor. Store food items appropriately, correctly labeling, rotating, and under proper temperature controls. Maintain a clean, sanitized cafe-wiping down counters, tables, food trays, storage, and supply units. Sweep and mop floors after each meal period. Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc. 16 Participate and attend designated meetings, training, activities, etc., as directed. Other related functions as directed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: Six (6) months of food service experience. Effective communication skills - verbally able to provide instruction, respond to questions, and have exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities. Must be able to read and follow written menus, recipes, and safety procedures. Flexible schedule and ability to work various days, shifts, and holidays. Possess food handler's certification or obtain within 30 days of employment. Needs to be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and maneuver up to 50 lbs., work under varying temperatures, and handle cleaning chemicals. Excellent personal hygiene and appearance. Requires a criminal background check clearance. Must be at least 18 years of age. Non Gaming Badge
