JUNE 30, 2026 JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the collection of restaurant dishes, glasses, and utensils. Cleans buffet surface areas, and floors and keep supplies stocked. During slow periods, responsible for cleaning the restaurant facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Ensures customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, friendly, and appropriate service. Promptly and efficiently services tables when guests depart, removing soiled dishes, utensils, and food items. Carefully stacks soiled items on a tray and quietly removes them from the table. Promptly and efficiently cleans and sanitizes each table. Resets tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed. Sets up tables for special events i.e., Seafood & Lobster night, Sunday Brunch, groups, etc. Assists with beverage service as needed during peak periods. Maintains the restaurant floor, removing debris and using the carpet sweeper and/or broom as needed. Assists servers and staff as needed. Complies with regulatory laws, Employee Handbook, department policy, and procedures, safety codes, etc. Promotes a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly reports all concerns to the supervisor Ensures that the operation of equipment, tools, and materials is handled safely. Promotes internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: Customer service experience, preferably in the food industry. Licensed/certified as a food handler or complete certification within 30 days of employment. Need to stand and/or walks for long periods; works in a noisy environment; occasionally bends, lifts, and maneuvers heavy trays; and performs repetitive motions with arms, hands, wrists, and fingers. Effective communication skills•verbally able to provide instruction, responds to questions and has exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities. Excellent personal appearance and hygiene habits. Requires Low-Security Gaming license clearance. Must be at least 18 years of age.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
: Experience in table bussing. Licenses & Certifications Preferred High Security Badge
