The work of Service Attendant includes: performing full range of customer service duties in support of Company operations. personal representation of the service and overall hospitality of the staff and the lounge. The duties of a Service Attendant include but are not limited to:must have a valid Food Handlers and OLCC servers permitInteracting with airline passengers via premier clubroom/bar environment in a professional and pleasant mannerKnowledgeable about the lounge and the surrounding areaProvides all the information that guests need to enjoy their stay. This may include providing information on the facilities and the services.
