 Varied schedules available; Early morning through evening shifts

• Schedules are published weekly and may include rotating coverage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with team members to prepare and serve meals according to daily and weekly menus
• Follow food safety guidelines, including time and temperature controls and proper logging
• Set up and break down food service lines before and after meals
• Maintain cleanliness andanization across kitchen, prep, and storage areas
• Assist with food prep, including pulling and preparing ingredients in advance
• Complete end-of-day tasks such as cleaning equipment, logging temperatures, and securing the kitchen
• Follow all HACCP, OSHA, and internal procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to follow recipes, schedules, and structured procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position works in a kitchen environment and requires standing for long periods, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work may take place in hot or cold conditions depending on the area of the kitchen.
