Job Description

Description We are a growing dermatology practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care across Oregon. As we continue expanding specialty services, we are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Urology Provider to join our team. The Urology PA or NP will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a variety of urologic conditions in an outpatient clinical setting. The provider will work closely with clinic leadership and support staff to deliver efficient, compassionate care while helping expand access to specialty services in the community. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with common urologic conditions Obtain comprehensive medical histories and perform physical examinations Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging Develop and implement treatment plans Perform in-office urologic procedures within scope and training Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Collaborate with supervising/collaborating physicians and clinical staff Participate in clinic quality initiatives and patient care improvement efforts Requirements Required Active Oregon PA or NP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date) NCCPA certification for PAs or board certification for NPs DEA license and prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain) Minimum 1 year of urology experience preferred; strong procedural background considered Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Strong documentation and time-management skills Preferred Experience in outpatient urology setting Experience with cystoscopy assistance, catheter management, men's health, recurrent UTI management, or related procedures Experience working in a fast-paced specialty clinic environment Interest in helping develop and grow a urology service line
